- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 48 hours for processing before your order is shipped.
- Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact BeauCou Lash Boutique via email at email@example.com. No Exceptions. We will review all issues that are submitted within 48 hours of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their Packing slip.
- If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send pictures or videos, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you thereby grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license, without compensation to you and without restriction, to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. BeauCou Lash Boutique is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Please keep out of reach of children.
